1. Cancellation Policy
At Maison A, cancellation and refund conditions are determined by the selected rate at the time of booking. Flexible reservations may be cancelled within the applicable cancellation period. Non-refundable reservations are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
2. Reservation Modifications
Requests to modify stay dates are subject to availability and the terms of the original reservation. While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, modifications for non-refundable or last-minute bookings cannot be guaranteed.
3. How to Cancel
For cancellation requests or booking assistance, guests may contact us directly at reservation.maisona@gmail.com or through the platform used to complete the reservation. All requests are handled according to the conditions associated with the booking.
