All arrival details and access instructions will be sent via email or text message a few hours before your arrival.
WILL SOMEONE FROM MAISON A BE THERE WHEN I ARRIVE?
Your arrival is fully independent through seamless self check-in access.
Prior to arrival, guests receive a digital key along with all necessary check-in information.
Our team remains available throughout your stay should you need any assistance.
WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE LEAVING THE APARTMENT?
Before departure, please ensure that all personal belongings have been collected, electrical appliances are turned off, and windows are closed.
Kindly leave the keys inside the apartment after removing your car from the garage.
WILL SOMEONE FROM MAISON A BE THERE WHEN I LEAVE THE APARTMENT?
Check-out is fully independent.
We kindly ask you to notify us approximately 10 minutes before leaving the apartment.
ARE THERE ANY HOUSE RULES DURING MY STAY?
All Maison A apartments are strictly non-smoking, except for designated outdoor areas or terraces where applicable.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the comfort and privacy of neighbours, especially during quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

CAN I RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY PAYMENT?
An invoice will be provided after payment confirmation.

We will ask you for a copy of your ID a few hours before your arrival.
DO YOU ACCEPT ANIMALS?
We do not accept animals in our apartments.

A dedicated parking space is assigned to each apartment.
Additional parking spaces may be provided upon request, depending on availability.
